Bacon Rub Chicken Wings

-
Wash and Clean the CHICKEN!
-
Put the chicken into a bowl (burn or pluck off the feathers or whatever family tradition you have) and rinse it in water
-
Add 2-3 heaping tablespoons of vinegar and a squeeze of half a lemon (or a splash of concentrated lemon juice) into the bowl
-
Let the chicken sit for a 1- 5 minutes in the lemon and vinegar water
-
Massage, rub and rinse the chicken.
-
Pat it dry
-
-
Puree a medium onion and massage it into the cleaned chicken
-
Into the food processor add the bacon & seasoning
-
Start by adding 1/2 cup of oil into the pureed rub
-
More oil can be added based on the consistency that you prefer
-
-
Marinade the chicken from an hour to over night for the most flavor
-
Lay chicken on a baking sheet or hot grille.
-
Cook at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is done. (TIP- When you poke into the meatiest part of your chicken and clear juices come out, then you are seconds away from it being done.)
-
Remove from the oven and let it cool.
-
Devour it!
