Grilled   Cod


Ingredients & Measurements (above & below)



5 lbs of cod

2 limes, zested and juiced

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp of olive oil

4 tsp ancho chili powder

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika

salt & pepper to liking



1. Heat the grille pan on medium heat for 5 minutes.

2. Take the clean cod and add all seasoning (chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt & pepper), garlic, oil, lime juice and zest.


3.Add the seasoned cod to the hot pan along with its marinade.  Cook the cod on each side for 7-10 minutes


4. Turn off the heat and allow the cod to cool in the pan.


5. Grab your flour tortilla and eat as desire!
