Spiced Iced Cider (bacon infused) Whiskey



serves 5-7 people

2 quarts of Apple Juice
2 large Oranges (or 4 medium Oranges)

      1 cup orange juiced

      peel of 2 oranges
3-5 Cinnamon sticks

3 tbsp(1.5 oz) of Bacon Fat

750 ml of Whiskey/ Bourbon

Spiced Iced Cider Whiskey

  • Iced Apple Cider w/Bacon Whiskey

Spiced Cider

  1. In a big pot add your Juice, cinnamon sticks, orange peel, orange juice

  2. Stir it occasionally

  3. Boil for 20 minutes to an hour on Low​

  4. Let the cider cool for 10-20 minutes and begin making your drink

This drink is great in all seasons.

CHILLED in the summer and spring to keep you cool & HOT in the winter to keep you warm and toasty.

Bacon Infused Whiskey

  1. Fat wash the Bacon & Spirit ->Melt the bacon fat in a small sauce pan (or Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until fat is liquid) and then cool bacon fat for 2 minute

  2. Store the bacon fat alcohol in the freezer or refrigerator for 4 hours to infuse

  3. After 4 hours, strain & pour out the fat

  4. Take a sip!
